How we can help you ...

Based in the North-East of England, The Centre for Mindfulness and Wellbeing offer a range of face-to-face and online mindfulness services that are designed to help you flourish as an individual, group, or organisation.

You can choose from one of our established services, or contact us to discuss tailor-made provision.

Our work is supported by the science, theory, and traditional teachings that underpin mindfulness.

Courses

We deliver both the 8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive therapy (MBCT) courses. We also offer shorter courses such as Finding Peace in a Frantic World, as well as courses that can be tailor-made to fit your needs. Find out more about our up-and-coming courses here.

Retreats

Retreats are an excellent way of deepening your commitment to practice, but also for truly unwinding and creating space in our lives for reflection. We offer various one-day and weekend retreats throughout the year. We can also offer tailor-made retreats to groups and organisations. Find out more about our up-and-coming retreats here.

Workplace

We know how incredibly important it is for employees to thrive in the workplace. We provide the services you need to integrate wellbeing into the workplace through consultation, workshops, talks, and regular drop-in sessions. Read more.

One-to-One

We like to work with our clients on a one-to-one basis. It is an effective way of really getting to know your needs and facilitating the most appropriate provision to meet them. We work privately with individuals or with individuals within groups or organisations. Read more.

Regular

With mindfulness practice it is important that clients are able to continue their practice in a group in a safe and supportive environment. Regular drop-in sessions are also a great way for people new to mindfulness to test the water before they commit further to our provision, as well as helpful in creating a sense of community and continuity. We offer regular sessions that are open to everyone no matter your background or experience. Read more.
